a.Site - The Husqvarna K960 Cutoff Saw was started on the ground above the
excavation, then passed down to a second worker within the excavation while
it was running.  The second worker dropped the saw during the transfer and
suffered severe lacerations.

abatement
would be to follow the manufacturer's written instructions for the
