the engineering and
administrative controls applicable to the hazards and their
interrelationship, such as appropriate
application of detection methodologies to provide early warning of
releases:
(a) Location - Establishment:
On or about 1/27/10, the employer failed to have available on site process
safety
information pertaining to the relief system design and design basis for
the secondary vent
stack or to specifically identify the secondary vent stack in the process
hazard analysis.
Access to such information via electronic means will be deemed to satisfy
the
requirement for access at specific work sites (provided that the
Respondent can provide
the documents by an alternate method within 15 days of request by a
responsible OSHA
official).e
