P.L. 91-596 Section 5(a)(1) of the Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970: The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that employees were exposed to the hazard(s) of: a)On May 26, 2010, around the pond, the employer had not trained the operator on the instructions, warnings, precautions, capacity, and specifications of the ASV RC-100 skid steer and the attachment used, because he did not have the owners manual or information on either piece of equipment. This exposed the employee to tip over hazards. Among other methods, one feasible and acceptable method to correct this hazard is to for the employer to consult with the skid steer manufacturer and acquire an operator's manual to use when training his equipment operators on the limitations, capacities, and safe operation of the attachments and skid steer according to the manufacturer, prior to employees operating the equipment. ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION AND DOCUMENTATION ARE REQUIRED.TION
