P.L. 91-596 Section 5(a)(1) of the Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970: The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that employees were exposed to the struck-by hazard(s): a)At the Toy R Us shopping complex, on or about July 9, 2010, weed trimmer operators were exposed to vehicular traffic struck by hazards. Among other methods, one feasible and acceptable abatement method to correct his hazards includes providing and requiring the use of high visibility reflective clothing for employees to wear during work activities. ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION IS REQUIRED.TION
