P.L. 91-596 Section 5(a)(1) of the Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970: The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that employees were exposed to the struck-by hazards: a)At the Twelve Oaks Shopping Plaza in the bus lane along Abercorn Street, on or about August 8, 2010, employees were collected and bagging debris, which exposed them to vehicular struck-by hazards. FEASIBLE ABATEMENT METHOD: Employer implement and follow the information in the ANSI / ISEA 107; 2004 edition class 2 and 3, Safety Standard for Reflective Vests is to provide and require the use of high visibility clothing or vests in areas exposed to vehicular traffic. ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION IS NOT REQUIRED.TION
