with reflective vests and have been instructed to utilize reflective vests
while working
within the scrap yard where clients are delivering scrap metal in
privately owned vehicles
and employees are operating heavy equipment to process scrap metal.
ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION AND DOCUMENTATION ARE NOT
REQUIRED.
