A) Shipping side boxing platform area, on or about February 22, 2011,

working with and around a trolley conveyor were not properly trained on
how to address
improperly hung steel carrier bars, exposing employees to a
caught-in-between hazard.
One feasible and acceptable abatement method to correct this hazard is to
train employees
to shut down the conveyor when a carrier is placed on the conveyor
improperly. Also,
post signs of the caught-in-between hazard.
