2011, a Bobcat S250 skid-steer loader was being used to elevate an
employee who
was standing in the bucket four feet above the ground while latching the
end gate
of a dump truck.
ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION IS REQUIRED.
One feasible and acceptable means of abatement is to provide an alternate
means of access such
as a ladder.
