vehicles and other mobile
equipment colliding with an above ground tank containing diesel fuel:
A) Recycling area, on or about June 30, 2010, an above ground tank with a
dispensing unit on top, containing diesel fuel, did not have barriers
installed to
prevent mobile equipment or vehicles from colliding with the tank, exposing
employees to a fire hazard.
One feasible and acceptable abatement method to correct this hazard is to
install
barricades around the diesel tank to prevent vehicles and other equipment
from
colliding with the tank.
ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION IS REQUIRED.
