On or about 2/17/10, the cutting of flat galvanized metal was conducted
with an Amada
Class 4 laser system. A laser safety program had not been established.
Among other methods, one feasible and acceptable abatement method to
correct this
hazard is to establish a laser safety program in accordance with American
National
Standards Institute (ANSI) Z136.1-2000 American National Standard for the
Safe Use
of Lasers.
