a) Shechtman Expert Tree Care - The employer did not provide adequate
training to
employees on the proper use of a personal fall arrest system and proper
safety
requirements for arboricultural operations. Among other methods, one
feasible and
acceptable abatement method to correct the hazard is to: 1) Ensure by
observing and
providing training and instructing employees to wear and utilize the
personal protective
equipment, including properly tying off and properly securing anchorage
points. 2) Train
the employees on ANSI Z133.1-2006 Safety requirements for arboricultural
operations.

REQUIRED.
