recognized hazards that
were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to
employees in that employees
were exposed to hazards created by not identifying deficiencies in cranes:
(a)Spray Area - An employee used a crane that had a cracked control and
paint
covered buttons.  The employer did not conduct inspections of cranes to
determine deficiencies, on or about March 14, 2011.
