physical harm to employees in that employees were exposed to a fall hazard:
On or about 5/13/2010, at 11 Weston Road, Sunrise, Florida, an employee
was observed
trimming tree branches while standing inside a bucket of a backhoe.
Among other methods, one feasible and acceptable method to correct this
hazard was to follow
the manufacturer's recommendation prohibiting personnel from climbing onto
equipment. In
addition, the employer must provide the employees with the proper
equipment to conduct the
job safely.
