truck without wearing a seat belt, which exposed the employee to caught
by/in between and struck by hazards.

submitted for this citation item as required by 29 CFR
1903.19(c) and (d), respectively.
Among the feasible and useful methods of abatement is to prohibit the use
of powered industrial trucks without wearing a seat belt.
