which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to
cause death or serious
physical harm to employees in that employees were exposed to the hazard of
falling:
On or about 01/13/2011, at 10300 NW 11th Manor, Coral Springs, FL one
employee was using
a fiberglass 16 feet extension ladder on a slippery (wet) surface.
Among other methods of abatement, one feasible and acceptable method to
correct the hazard
is to require employees to thoroughly dry the bottom of a waste water tank
with pumps or
absorbent methods to remove water from the bottom surface of the tank
before placing a ladder
on the surface.

VIOLATION.
