Section 5(a)(1) of the Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970:  The
employer did not
furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from
recognized hazards that
were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to
employees in that employees
were exposed to the condition(s) listed below:
AB Walker #1: On or about  6-8-10 the employer did not ensure that
employees were not
exposed to struck-by hazards due to a white Tundra pick-up truck parked
under and/or beside
one of the service rig's guy wires.
Among other methods, one feasible and acceptable abatement method to
correct this hazard is
to follow American Petroleum Institute (API) RP 54 which restricts the
parking of vehicles
within the fall line of the derrick.
