Bobcat 863 skid loader when the audible backup alarm was not working.

hazard is to: (1)  Ensure that the skid loader is in good operating
condition
and that all its safety equipment is correctly installed and utilized, (2)
Ensure
that the operator's manual is maintained in the operator's cab, (3) Ensure
that every operator is familiar with the safety equipment to include its
function and purpose, (4) Instruct operators to report malfunctions or
unsafe
conditions prior to operation.
Abatement certification must be submitted for this item.
