trailers were exposed to a caught-between hazard while entering through
the air-
operated belly dump doors.
Among other methods, one feasible and acceptable means of abatement
involves
lock out of the doors in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions
as posted
on the vehicle, as well as adhering to the ANSI/ASSE Z244.1, "Safety
Requirements for the Lockout/Tagout of Energy Services."
