Labor and Employment Article, Section 5-104(a): The employer ddi not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees: (a)Date of Violation:On or about 04/27/10 Location:Lab Room Condition:Where employees were exposed to sulfuric acid, the emergency eye wash did not have enough water pressure to lift the protective cap off the left side's outlet.
