likely to cause death or serious
physical harm to employees:

Condition:An employee, operating a Terex Forklift, did not use its
equipped seatbelt.
One feasible and acceptable abatement method to correct this hazard would
be to utilize the equipped restraint
system.
The proposed penalty for this item has been reduced by 50for effective
and efficient abatement during
the inspection.
