Among other methods, one feasible and acceptable abatement method is to
insure a tailpiece is
part of the clamp assembly as in Compressed Gas Association E-1--2000
Standard Connections
for Regulator Outlets, Torches, and Fitted Hose for Welding and Cutting
Equipment. Another
feasible and acceptable abatement method is to include the stand as in
years past, so that the
lance does not rest at the hose connection when not held by employees.
Abatement documentation (photographs, receipts, copies of programs,
training
certification, etc.) is required for this item.
