Section 5(a)(1) of the Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970: The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that employees were exposed to the hazard of:being seriously injured or killed in a rollover truck accident while operating a dump trailer on ground that was not flat and level. Location - 37 North Avenue, Burlington, MA: On or about 04/08/2010, an employee was exposed to a rollover hazard from a dump trailer that was being operated on ground that was not level and rolled over. One feasible means of abatement to correct this hazard is to provide a level area for dumping and conform to the warnings associated with the dump trailer. "ABATEMENT DOCUMENTATION IS REQUIRED FOR THIS CITATION"
