Section 5(a)(1) of the Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970:  The
employer did not
furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from
recognized hazards that
were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to
employees in that employees
were exposed to falls from the forks of the fork lift while being lifted
to the roof.
Location - The intersection of Main and Clark streets, Wilmington MA 01887:
On or about 04/01/2010, two employees were being lifted to the roof while
standing on
the forks of the fork lift.
Among other methods, one feasible and acceptable method to correct the
hazard is to use
Caterpillar's approved access platform attachment when lifting personnel.
