to struck-by hazards in that the
under the hook lifting magnet was not marked with the rated load:
a.At the workplace, the  employer did not label the Magnetech magnet used
on the Zenar 40 ton crane
to transport steel coils from on place to another with the rated load
capacity, thus exposing employees
to a struck-by hazard.
Among other methods, one feasible and acceptable method to correct this
hazard is to affix data plates
to the Magnetech magnet in accordance with ASME Standard B30.20, Section
20-3.2.1.
