proveyo empleo y un sitio de empleo libre de riesgos reconocidos que esten
causando o que
puedan causar muerte o dano fisico a los empleados, por cuanto empleados
estaban expuestos
a:
At the Escuela de Idiomas Llanos Aibonito - At the Kindergarten and Second
grade classrooms
the floor got wet whenever it rained due to leaks on the roof, the
teachers had to put containers
to collect the water.
Hazard: Slips and falls.
Amomg other methods, one feasible and acceptable method to correct this
hazard is request from
OMEP to apply a roof sealer.
En la Escuela de Idiomas Llanos Aibonito - En los salones de Kinder y
Segundo grado el piso
se moja cuando llueve debido a filtraciones en el techo, los maestros
colocan recipientes para
recojer el agua.

Employer DE Escuela de Idiomas Llanos Aibonito - did not provide training
to
their employees
related to the establishment written protocol for the handling of domestic
violence in the
workplace, as required by the Act for the Implementation of a Protocol to
handle Domestic
Violence Situations in the Workplace or Place of Employment, Act No.217 of
2006.
Among other methods, one feasible and acceptable method to correct this
hazard is to provide
training to all the establishment's employees related to its written
protocol for the handling of
domestic violence in the workplace.

violencia domestica en el
lugar de trabajo, segun requerido por la Ley para la Implantacion de un
