Section 5(a)(1) of the Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970:  The
employer did not
furnish to each of his employees a place of employment which were free
from recognized
hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical
harm to his employees in
that employees were exposed to a fall hazard:
(a)On or about 09/09/10 - 3901 Grand Avenue SW, Fort Payne, AL, an employee
was working from the bucket of a Bobcat.
Among other methods, one feasible and acceptable method to correct this
hazard would be to
prohibit the use of the equipment for lifting personnel.
