recognized
hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical
harm to employees in
that employees were exposed to the hazard of being struck by falling
loads.

The overhead hoist hook had no safety latch.
Violation was disclosed on or about 08/06/2010.
Among other methods, one feasible and acceptable means to correct this
hazard is to provide
a clasp on the hook in accordance with American National Standards
institute(ANSI) B30.16
