In the warehouse area:  Employees operating a TCM forklift that was not
provided with a seat
belt were exposed to crushing hazards while loading/unloading pallets and
drums of product(s)
into/from delivery trucks.
Among other methods, one feasible and acceptable method to correct this
hazard is to ensure that
a seat belt retrofit package is installed and that the utilized when the
forklift is operated.
