This violation was observed on or about 3/03/11, in the warehouse area of
the Furniture Mart
where employee(s) were exposed to a crushed-by hazard by not wearing the
seat belt while on
a powered industrial truck.
Among other methods, one feasible and acceptable abatement method to
correct this hazard
would be to enforce the mandatory use of seat belts in the facility.
