employment and a place of employment which were free from
recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or
serious physical harm to employees in that employees were exposed
to caught under and struck by hazards:
a)bay 1, Western Hydraulic Lift Model XLA does not remain
up when in use.
b)bay 4, Western Hydraulic Lift Model XL-AS does not remain
up when in use.
c)bay 5, Western Hydraulic Lift Model XLA does not remain
up when in use.
Note: One feasible means of abatement would be to service the
hydraulic lifts per the manufacturer instructions to ensure proper
