hazard of being struck by vehicular traffic while working in temporary
traffic control zones:
(a) Jobsite: Employees performing cable installation work and exposed to
the hazard of being
struck by vehicular traffic while working on Division St in East Greenwich
RI on or about 11-4-
11 were not provided with and did not wear high-visibility safety apparel.
AMONG OTHER METHODS, A FEASIBLE ABATEMENT METHOD TO CORRECT THIS
HAZARD IS TO PROVIDE WORKERS WITH AND REQUIRE THEM TO WEAR HIGH-
