METHOD TO CORRECT THIS HAZARD IS:
FOLLOW THE SAFETY; GENERAL INFORMATION; OPERATION AND OPTIONAL
EQUIPMENT OPERATION REQUIREMENTS AS PER THE NEW HOLLAND LS 190 SKID
STEER LOADER OPERATOR'S MANUAL:
1. The LS-190 operator's manual from New Holland states on page 0-8 "Keep
safety
devices working".
2. The LS-190 operator's manual from New Holland states on page 1-24,
6. INSPECT THE SKID STEER CAREFULLY. CHECK FOR LOOSE PARTS,
DAMAGED COMPONANTS, AND BROKEN OR MISSING ITEMS.
"WARNING: REPAIR OR REPLACE ANY ITEMS FOUND TO BE
MALFUNCYIONING OR LEAKING BEFORE MACHINE OPERATION.
NOTE: The employer is required to submit abatement certification for this
item in
accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19.
