conveyor systems:
a) On or about February 10, 2011, and at times prior, employees were
exposed to injury in
that, the guards for the conveyor systems on the following equipment was
inadequate or
missing:
1) F&E Greenwood press.
2) Coater machine.
3) Bobst printing & cutting machine.
4) McKinley dye cutter machine.
Among other methods, a feasible and acceptable method to correct this
hazard is the
installation of guards on the conveyor systems.

this item
