Section 5(a)(1) of the Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970: The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that employees were exposed to the hazard of: (a) Location - 108 - 112 County Road, Ipswich, MA 01938: On or about 10/20/10, an employee was exposed to being ejected from a moving vehicle while operating a Lull without being fastened in a seat belt. Among other methods, one feasable and acceptable means of abatement to correct the hazard is to ensure employees are wearing a seat belt while operating the Lull on rough terrain.g
