piping was being operated at approximately 100 psi.

CORRECT THIS HAZARD IS:
Encase the PVC pipe in conduit or shatter resistant materials of
sufficient strength or subject
only approved plastic piping to compressed air as recommended in the
Plastic Pipe Institute
Recommendation B, dated January 19, 1972, and revised December 30,
