method would be to comply with the Association of Equipment Manufacturers
Safety Manual
for Operators and Mechanics of Hydraulic Excavators which states "WARNING:
Your
HYDRAULIC EXCAVATOR is a ONE-PERSON machine. NEVER PERMIT RIDERS." Never
use a bucket for a work platform or personnel carrier.
