29 CFR 1910.252(a)(2)(xiv)(A): The employer did not ensure that the supervisor was responsible for the safe handling of the cutting or welding equipment and the safe use of the cutting or welding process: (a)On or about March 23, 2011 at the Water Street location, a Clement open top frameless dump trailer had two I-beam which were too long, a torchman torch cut one beam while in the trailer and the beam dropped exposing employees to struck by hazards. Certification, and documentation/evidence of abatement is required. Certification of abatement is required by 29 CFR Part 1903 and is to be submitted within ten (10) calendar days after the abatement date.ment
