Among other methods, feasible and acceptable abatement methods to correct
this hazard are:
1. Replacement of burnt out or missing flourescent lamps.
2. Evaluation and purchase of appropriate task lighting.
3. Ensure that lighting meets minimum levels of illumination currently
recommended under the
American National Standards Practice for Industrial Lighting (ANSI
Approved June 6, 1973) for
automotive repairs in service garage facilities.
