Labor and Employment Article, Section 5-104(a): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees: (a)Date of Violation:11/7/11 Location:Warehouse at 1202 R Technology Drive Condition:Steel pallet quantity storage racks were not bolted down. (b)Date of Violation:11/7/11 Location:At The Rear of 1202 H Technology Drive Condition:Steel pallet quantity storage racks were not bolted down. Among other methods, one feasible and acceptable abatement method to correct this hazard is to bolt down steel pallet quantity storage racks as referenced in ANSI MH16.1:2008, 1.4.7 Specification For The Design, Testing And Utilization Of Industrial Steel Storage Racks. Abatement documentation (photographs, receipts, copies of programs, training certification, etc.) is required for this item.
