area, did not have
explosion protection equipment and was located inside the building and not
have means to
prevent a fire/explosion inside the dust collector from traveling fore and
aft of the collector.

deflagration vents with relief
pipes extending to a safe area outside the building, per  NFPA 664,

for the Prevention

of an isolation
