Labor and Employment Article, Section 5-104(a): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees: (a)Date of Violation:02/16/11 Location:Lot #26 Condition:Employees were exposed to the hazard of being crushed/struck by collapsing roof trusses due to inadequate bracing techniques. Among other methods, one feasible and acceptable abatement method to correct this hazard is to install bracing in accordance with the Wood Truss Council of America recommendations per BCSI 2008. Abatement documentation (photographs, receipts, copies of programs, training certification, etc.) is required for this item. That prior to the date of issuance hereof Gen Dusty Truss Brace violated the standard, regulation, or section of the MOSH Act cited herein, for which the following citation(s) was/were issued and became final: 1. Item No. 1, Citation No. 4 of Case No. V6519-033-08, issued on 06/06/08, resulting from inspection at 909 Turnstone Lane, Salisbury, MD 21804 and became final on 07/22/08.,
