Condition:An employee operating an excavator did not utilize its equipped
seatbelt.
One reasonable and feasible means of abatement method to correct this
hazard would be to utilize the equipped
restraint system.
Abatement documentation (photographs, receipts, copies of programs,
training certification, etc.)
is required for this item.
