employee was exposed to a fall hazard in excess of four feet to the ground
surface
below when working from a Vestil Manufacturing Corporation Work Platform
model
WP-3737FD without the use of fall protection, on or about 2/17/11.
One feasible and useful method of abatement would be to provide a means of
fall
protection for the employee, such as wearing a harness and lanyard and
tying off to
an anchor point.
NOTE:  THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION
FOR THIS ITEM.  FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL
PENALTY OF $1000.00 IN ACCORDANCE WITH 29 CFR 1903.19.
