On or about 03/14/2011, an employee was exposed to entanglement hazards
when
wearing loose clothing while operating a pipe machine.
Among other methods, one feasible and acceptable means of abatement method
to correct
the hazard is to instruct employees not to wear loose clothing that could
become
entangled in the moving parts of the pipe machine.
