excavator (model DX140LC) out of a collapsing trench.
Among other methods, one feasible and acceptable method to correct this
hazard would be to
follow the requirement of the DOOSAN DX140LC, operation and maintenance
manual, page
1-36, "Never let anyone ride on any work attachment, such as the bucket,
crusher, grapple, or
clamshell (grab bucket). There is a danger of the person falling and
suffering serious injury."
