Section 5(a)1 of the Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970: The employer did not furnish to each of his employees employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that employees were exposed to: a.On or about 10/5/2011, at the storage room, Tiger Business Forms Inc., Hialeah, FL. An employee was exposed to a caught by hazard while working with a paper cutter that had its pedal not protected from unintended operation. Note:Certification of abatement must be submitted for this citation item.
