d.)East Crystal Lake Avenue Site - The crane operator did not demonstrate
an
understanding of the applicable sections of ASME B30.5 and OSHA 1910.180,
on or about February 7, 2011.
Among other methods, one feasible and acceptable abatement method to
correct this
hazard is to ensure that all crane operators meet the qualifications
contained in ASME
B30.5-2007, section 5-3.1.2, which provides the qualifications all crane
operators
must meet.
