carbon monoxide caused by operating a Komatsu FG15ST15 propane forklift
indoors.
Abatement Notice: One feasible and acceptable means of abatement is to
follow all forklift
manufacturer recommendations for safe operation and provide proper
ventilation and carbon
monoxide detection devices prior to operating a propane forklift indoors.
