a place of employment free from recognized hazards that were causing or

death or serious physical harm to employees in that employees were exposed
to delay in
egress resulting in death or permanent disability:
a)facility, cut floor - employees who work on the cut floor have to travel

feet to exit the building in case of an emergency, such as fire or
anhydrous
ammonia release.
One feasible and acceptable abatement method, among others, to correct this
hazard is the following:
1.Designate a primary exit route for those employees who work towards
the rear of the cut floor to decrease their travel distance to 400 feet
