North Carolina General Statute 95-129(1) of the Occupational Safety and Health Act of North Carolina: The employer did not furnish each of his employees conditions of employment and a place of employment free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that employees were exposed to gray water and sewage on the ground at their place of residence. Temporary labor camps- a) Mobile home # 2: Located at 4431 Sheppard Mill Road, Stokes. NC 27884- four migrant farm workers were exposed to standing water containing raw sewage, located in front of the mobile home, due to blocked pipes and/or a full septic system. This condition existed for approximately one week. b) Mobile home # 1: Located at 3121 Hwy 903. Stokes, NC 27884- five migrant farm workers were exposed to standing gray water in that a pipe, plumbed to the kitchen sink, was missing an end cap creating a pool of standing gray water outside of the mobile home. This condition existed for approximately two weeks. Among other, feasible and accepted method of abating this violation is to replace the missing cap in Mobile home #1 and to clear the pipes and/or pump out the sewage system in Mobile home #2.e
